    Product Information

    When possible, we provide a Size Guide for both men and women on each product page.

    You can contact us via email at support@mainfactor.com and our customer care team is happy to answer any questions you may have. 

    Shipping/Returns

    Certain countries may apply duties and taxes after the package is accepted. We recommend you check with your local post office or importing authority to find out if that applies to you. Mainfactor Inc. is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

    When you can expect to receive your order depends on a number of factors including the shipping method you selected, the size of your order, and the current volume of orders in our shipping facility. All orders are pre-orders and will ship 4-6 weeks after ordering. 

    Please contact us at support@mainfactor.com so we can arrange a refund or send out a replacement. Please include a photo of the damage so we can determine whether we need to contact the shipping provider as well.

    If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, check your spam folder. Additionally, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly in which case you can contact our customer support team at support@mainfactor.com.

    If you've already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can reply directly to your order confirmation email or email us at support@mainfactor.com.  We'll respond as quickly as we can to help you out! If we can edit your order, we are happy to do so however if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the order once it arrives.
